Emirates Hills

Complete glazing overhaul of one of Emirates Hills' most significant properties — a 900m² mansion requiring distinct glazing solutions across multiple architectural zones while maintaining a unified design language throughout.

The property's architecture presented three distinct glazing challenges: a dramatic 8-metre entrance hall requiring structural curtain wall; a pool terrace requiring the largest available sliding door panels; and upper bedrooms requiring acoustic performance above the standard specification.

Cortizo TP52 curtain wall was installed floor-to-ceiling in the entrance hall, creating a glass lobby experience. Cor Vision 4700 doors — the largest panels in the Cortizo range — were installed across the pool elevation. Motorised skylights above the central staircase completed the natural light strategy.

The most complex residential project in Swiftrooms' portfolio that year. Delivered on schedule within a 16-week programme. The completed property was photographed for a UAE architectural publication and became a reference project in our showroom.
