A full renovation fenestration package for a Damac Hills villa, with the client seeking to upgrade performance and add a new year-round garden room overlooking the golf course.

Existing frames were thermally unbroken single-skin aluminium, conducting heat year-round and causing significant air conditioning load. The client also wanted to maximise the golf course view with a new structure — without overshadowing the existing villa architecture.

All existing ground floor openings replaced with Cor Vision 4700 lift-and-slide systems for performance and acoustic quality. A bespoke garden room structure was designed and built facing the golf course, finished in matching Cortizo profiles with a thermally broken roof system and integrated ventilation.

Energy consumption from cooling reduced significantly post-installation. The garden room became the client's primary entertaining and dining space throughout the cooler months. The client's architect subsequently referred two further projects to Swiftrooms.
