Al Barari Villa

A premium villa fenestration package for a high-end Al Barari residence, requiring a seamless visual and physical connection between the internal living spaces and the private lagoon pool garden.

The client required uninterrupted glass walls at ground level facing a private lagoon pool, with no visible thresholds or frame intrusion. Standard sliding systems could not achieve the flush floor finish required, and the UAE summer heat load demanded thermally broken performance throughout.

We installed Cor Vision Plus lift-and-slide systems across the entire rear elevation with flush recessed threshold — creating a barrier-free, frame-free connection to the pool terrace. Cortizo Cor 70 hidden sash windows across all upper floors maximised light while maintaining clean external elevations, with a premium rooflight above the central hallway completing the natural light strategy.

The client achieved the glass-to-garden connection originally seen in European architecture. Installation completed in 8 weeks alongside the interior fit-out programme without disruption. The property was subsequently featured in a Dubai lifestyle publication.
