These high-end European profiles are procured directly from Spain, ensuring that you receive a premium product that meets the highest standards of quality and performance. While we maintain stock of popular profiles to expedite smaller projects, larger or more specialized orders may require the full lead time. The Cortizo Alu-Steel window system is an innovative aluminum window system designed to mimic the classic aesthetics of steel windows while offering the superior performance of aluminum. This system is highly versatile and can be customized with various opening options, including inward and outward opening, side-hung, and tilt-and-turn configurations.

Key technical features of the Alu-Steel system include:

• Thermal Performance: It provides excellent thermal insulation, with a Uw value as low as 0.83 W/m²K, depending on the glazing and configuration, making it suitable for energy-efficient buildings



• Acoustic Insulation: The system offers soundproofing capabilities with acoustic insulation up to 45 dB, ensuring a quieter indoor environment.

• Structural Strength: The Alu-Steel system can support large sash dimensions up to 1500 mm in width and 2600 mm in height, with a maximum sash weight of 160 kg, which is ideal for large, expansive windows.
