Where is the showroom located?
Our showroom is in ET JAR - J1 Complex,

When is the showroom open?

What is the price of the doors/ windows/ insect screens/ roofs/skylights/glassrooms
All our products are made bespoke, based on your requirements and dimensions. Please visit our showroom to discuss your requirements with our team of experts.
Where are the doors and windows made? Do you manufacture the doors as well as supply them?
We have a wide range of products available for you to select from. Most of our doors and windows are fabricated in state of the art factory in Dubai, UAE where we fabricate Cortizo doors and windows, and Ultraframe roofs.
Do you install the doors and windows?
Yes, we do.
What kind of material is used on your doors and windows?
All our doors and windows are made from high grade aluminium that is insulated by a polyamide thermal break and weatherproofed with Q-lon or rubber gaskets.
Do you stock standard size doors and windows?
No, each door or window is made specific to your dimensions and unique style.
Do you supply and install interior doors for the bedrooms and bathrooms? Do you offer uPVC doors?
Yes we provide doors from Hurst Doors Ltd for residential entrance doors and we provide Upvc products from Schüco
Do you supply and install pergolas?
No, but we build high quality premium Glass rooms and Conservatories and one the only roofing specialists for glassroosm and use Ultraframe roofs
Do you supply and install steel doors?
No. Currently, we do not offer steel doors,
Do you supply and install timber/wooden residential front doors?
No. Our front doors are made of aluminium, which offers strength and durability without all the maintenance needs of real timber. If you like the look of a wooden/timber door, we recommend going for an aluminium door with a wood-grain finish
Do you repair doors and windows? Do you sell spare parts?
We can offer repairs and spare parts for the doors and windows that we installed. Our products are guaranteed for up to 10 years so if you are facing any issues with your installation, please contact us immediately at sales@swiftrooms.ae or +971 04 323 1625
Do you offer your products outside of the UAE?
Yes, our company serves customers in the Middle East and Africa.
Do you offer guarantees on your doors and windows?
Our doors and windows come installed with 10 years warranty in residential properties.
What colours do you offer for the doors and windows?
There are over 150 RAL colours and finishes available to choose from.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments in cash (up to a limit), card machine and bank transfer. We provide our banking details on your sales agreement
When will my order arrive?
Please refer to the delivery times mentioned in your order confirmation, but in the meantime, here are our standard delivery times for orders to be installed in the UAE (not including the installation time):
- Cortizo doors and windows – approx. 15 weeks
- Gulf Extrusion windows and doors 5-8 weeks
- Cortizo bifolds 5-8 weeks
- Schuco UPVC- 5-8 weeks
